Privacy Policy for Snibix: Precision Pop

Effective Date: July 6th, 2026.
Last Updated: July 6th, 2026.

RetroRave LLC (“RetroRave,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Snibix: Precision Pop (the “Game”), as well as when you contact us for support related to the Game.

By using the Game, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide in the Game

Snibix: Precision Pop may allow you to enter a local gamertag or profile name. This gamertag is used to personalize your in-game profile and is stored locally on your device as part of the Game’s save data. RetroRave does not currently require you to provide your real name, email address, phone number, date of birth, or other real-world identifying information to play the Game. You should avoid entering sensitive personal information into your gamertag.

Local Game and Progress Data

The Game stores gameplay and preference data locally on your device. Depending on the features you use, this may include:

  • gamertag or local profile name
  • game progress
  • unlocked levels and zones
  • scores and high scores
  • star ratings and level results
  • gameplay statistics
  • Arcade records and performance statistics
  • in-game settings and preferences
  • virtual currency balances
  • owned or unlocked cosmetic items
  • equipped cosmetic items
  • other information necessary to save and restore your local game experience

This information is currently stored locally on your device using the Game’s local save system. RetroRave does not currently operate a custom cloud-save service for this data. Deleting the Game, clearing application data, resetting a device, or losing access to a device may result in the loss of locally stored progress unless a platform-level backup mechanism independently preserves that data.

2. Information We Do Not Currently Request

The Game does not currently require you to provide your real name, email address to play, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, or payment card information directly to RetroRave.

The Game also does not currently request access to device features such as camera, microphone, contacts, photo library, Bluetooth, precise location, or motion/fitness data.

3. Accounts

Snibix: Precision Pop does not currently offer or require a RetroRave or Snibix account. Your local in-game profile is not a RetroRave online account.

4. Analytics and Crash Reporting

RetroRave does not currently integrate a dedicated third-party analytics service or dedicated third-party crash-reporting service into the Game.

5. Advertising

The current version of the Game covered by this Privacy Policy does not currently integrate the Google AdMob advertising SDK. RetroRave may introduce advertising in a future version of the Game. If advertising services are added, this Privacy Policy will be reviewed and updated as appropriate.

6. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases, including virtual currency, cosmetic content, bundles, and features such as removal of advertising where available. Purchases are processed by the platform through which you obtained the Game. RetroRave does not directly receive or store your full payment card information through the Game.

7. Virtual Currency and Cosmetic Content

The Game may store information about virtual currency balances, owned cosmetic items, unlocked content, and equipped customization choices as part of local game save data.

8. Platform Gaming Services

RetroRave may add optional platform gaming features in the future, such as achievements, leaderboards, or other services provided by a device or platform operator.

9. Push Notifications

The Game does not currently use push notifications as a committed feature of the present version described by this Privacy Policy.

10. Social Features and User-Generated Content

The Game does not currently provide public chat, direct messaging, clans, public user-generated content, custom-level sharing, or other direct player-to-player communication features.

11. Support and Communications

If you contact RetroRave for support, technical assistance, a privacy request, or another inquiry, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name, message contents, screenshots, attachments, and information about the issue you are experiencing.

12. How We Use Information

Where applicable, RetroRave may use information to provide and operate the Game, preserve local gameplay progress, provide support, respond to inquiries, resolve purchase-related issues, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and improve or troubleshoot the Game.

13. How We Share Information

RetroRave does not sell personal information collected directly through the current Game experience. We may disclose information to service providers, platform providers, legal authorities when required, or in connection with business transactions, or with your direction or consent.

14. Data Retention

Local game data remains on your device until it is deleted, overwritten, reset, or otherwise removed. Information submitted directly to RetroRave may be retained as reasonably necessary for support, business records, security, legal claims, or legal obligations.

15. Data Security

RetroRave uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of information we handle. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

16. Children’s Privacy

Snibix: Precision Pop is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children. RetroRave does not currently require players to submit real-world personal information to play the Game.

17. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy law, including access, correction, deletion, and information about how personal information is used or disclosed. Because most gameplay data is stored locally, RetroRave may not possess or be able to identify data stored solely on your device.

18. International Users

RetroRave is based in the United States. If you provide information directly to us from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

19. Third-Party Services and Links

The Game or RetroRave website may contain links to third-party websites, stores, platforms, or services. RetroRave is not responsible for independent third-party privacy practices.

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above.
